What is the School Advisory Council?
- It is a partnership between school and community
- Part of the decision-making process for the School Improvement Plan (SIP)
What are my responsibilities as a SAC member?
- Regularly attend SAC Meetings
- Contribute to SAC Meeting discussions
- Assist in the planning and implementation of SAC activities that support the SIP
- Vote on items pertaining to SIP
- Operate within the school's bylaws and Florida's Open Government Sunshine Laws
Tentative SAC Meeting Schedule:
- August 26 at 1:30pm
- September 30 at 1:30pm
- October 28 at 1:30pm
- November 18 at 1:30pm
- No December meeting
- January 27 at 1:30pm
- February 24 at 1:30pm
- March 31 at 1:30pm
- April 28 at 1:30pm (Last Meeting)
- No May meeting
