Great American Scholar Update

Due to inclement weather expected on Thursday, November 10 the Great American Scholar ceremony will be canceled. We apologize that there is not a date to reschedule due to testing and previously scheduled school events.
If your student participated they still will be receiving their t-shirt and special treat. Students are allowed to wear their t-shirt to school on Thursday.
Thank you to the students who worked hard to complete and turn in their projects! We look forward to running the Great American Scholar Program again next year.

Multicultural Family Dinner Night

Mabry PTA is excited to bring back our family dinner nights this school year. Join us on Thursday, October 13th from 5-7:30 p.m.
Food trucks will be on site, and bring your chairs/blankets picnic style under the pavilion. Our specials teachers will have students perform a short song and dance.
Does you have an interest in sharing about your family's heritage? Wear clothing and bring a dish for others to sample - what a fun way to learn about each other and educate our students!
Please RSVP here with how many in your family will attend, and let us know if you want to set up food, or dress up to represent your heritage!
Finally, we are collecting items that evening to help our neighbors who are suffering because of Hurrican Ian. Please bring something from the list to help: batteries, water, diapers/formula, cleaning supplies, pet food. Thank you!

General Membership Meeting this Week!

Our first PTA General Membership meeting is Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 6 p.m. in the school cafeteria. We will offer a streaming option for paid members of the PTA who prefer to join virtually. We will discuss important agenda topics like priorities for the year, we will hear from our Principal, and it's a great way to get involved in fundraising and more!
